What type of payments do you accept?   TOP
We currently accept payments made by PayPal (including credit card, PayPal balance transfers, and bank account transfers). By using PayPal, you can trust that your credit card payments are secure. My Little Sunshine BoWtique does not collect any kind of credit card information from you.

What are your shipping costs?   TOP
We are not in the business of profiting from shipping & handling charges. From time to time, we offer shipping specials so keep your eyes open for these.

We offer USPS Priority Mail or USPS Parcel Post shipping methods.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for theft, loss, or damage while in transit, so please consider purchasing shipping insurance. Insurance charges can be seen during checkout.

How long will it be before my order is shipped?   TOP
Once payment is received and funds are cleared, your order will be shipped within 7-10 business days. Please remember that all of our products are specially handmade and triple checked to ensure they are of the highest quality. Most times, your order will be shipped prior to 10 business days. It all depends on our workload. Wholesale orders and bulk Cheer Bow orders are shipped between 4-6 weeks after cleared payment.

What is your return policy?   TOP
We do not currently accept returns or exchanges for our hair accessories due to the nature of the product. High quality and cleanliness is a top priority. All other products can be returned only in the event that we have grossly misrepresented them. Please order accordingly.

What is a Tie-In for Cheer Bows?   TOP
Our Cheer Bows are attached to both a NO-Metal elastic and 6 inch satin Tie-Ins. These 2 forms of attachments helps secure the thicker bows better. Simply use elastic to pull your hair up, take the attached elastic and attach the bow, take the 2 ties around the elastic and tie tightly beneath the ponytail. You can also thread a tie under the main elastic then tie for extra security. If your elastic breaks you can tie another one on using the ties provided. This is a good choice for the heavily layered bows.

I like the bows with the ribbon tails down, but I don't understand why I am asked which direction I want the alligator clip to open.   TOP
These are classic bows with tails down. Due to both ribbon tails pointing downward, the alligator clip needs to be attached according to the side your daughter parts her hair in order to keep the tails pointing downward. Bows with clips opening to the right are on the left side of the head and vice versa. If this is not specified, all of these clips come with the clip opening to the left.

What is the difference between an alligator pinch clip and a French barrette clip?   TOP
We recommend using the alligator pinch clips for babies and girls with very thin/fine hair. All of our alligator clips are lined in ribbon to aid in holding the hair. The alligator clips can be used to slide in the hair alone or on top of a ponytail holder once holder has been placed in hair. These are the standard clips used on our small and medium sized bows.

We use French Clip barrettes that are 2.5" wide. These work best in older girls hair and for girls who have thick or long hair. These are the standard clips used on our large bows that are 4-5" wide. If requested, an alligator clip can be used on the large bows. We also offer French Clip barrettes that are 1.5 inches wide.

May I request a change in clip style for my bows?   TOP
Yes! If you would like to change the clip style for a particular bow, you must request this change when placing your order. Otherwise, the standard clips for each bow style will be used.

May I custom order bows?   TOP
Yes. If you see a particular style of bow you like, but do not see it in the color that you have in mind, you can either email or call us. We will custom make it for you if we have that ribbon color in stock. If we do not, we will try our best to get it for you!

Are the ends of your bows (ribbon) sealed to prevent fraying?   TOP
Absolutely! We heat seal our ribbon ends to prevent them from fraying. We also spray our bows with a stiffener so that your bows will always look crisp, clean and perfect.

What ages do your headbands fit?   TOP
The nylon headbands are made to fit infants and toddlers. The crochet headbands can fit girls of all ages, from infant to adult. Fabric covered plastic headbands are perfect for young girls, teens and adults.

Do you accept international orders?   TOP
At the present moment, we do not accept international orders.
